Weldaloy Specialty Forgings is a leader in providing the aerospace industry with creative and innovative solutions, including using the state-of-the-art forging technologies and simulation techniques. We work closely with the leading aerospace companies in the United States and world wide, providing the best forged products for a wide variety of critical applications.

Weldaloy Specialty Forgings produces forged products of various sizes (6”-120”), open and semi-closed forged shapes and designs for aerospace structural and engine applications. We specialize in seamless rolled rings, nozzles and liners. We also forge shafts, stepped shafts, couplers, impellers, domes, bushings, bearing housings, bearings, cones, casings, sumps, and plates. In addition, we supply forged disks for spin forming.

The aerospace sector especially relies on Inconel® forged parts, like Inconel® 625 and Inconel® 718 for components, which with Weldaloy has extensive experience.
In addition to our metallurgy, engineering, and technical services and forging expertise, Weldaloy has heat treat facilities and a full machine shop onsite, providing a one-stop, full-service resource for the aerospace industry.

Weldaloy has expanded its Warren, Michigan campus by more than one-third, adding a 3,000-ton press, a larger ring roller with capacity to produce seamless rolled rings up to 120”in diameter, and larger forge furnaces.

Our facilities span over 115,000 sq. ft. of office and manufacturing space that house a ring mill, a 2,000-ton press, and five drop hammers ranging from 2,000-4,000 lbs.
