Production & Office Positions

Essential requirements for our production positions include but are not limited to:

  • Must possess a team attitude and demonstrate the Company’s core values
  • Minimum of three years of recent and related experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Stable employment history demonstrated in a current resume
  • Excellent attendance with flexible availability
  • Critical thinking and reasoning skills
  • Knowledge of metal work processes acquired through formal academic training and/or experience earned through past employment; Forging industry experience a plus
  • Ability to measure parts using standard measuring devices
  • Ability to set up and operate various sizes and types of power saws to cut materials
  • Ability to operate various types of Powered Industrial Trucks
  • Ability to perform repairs and preventative maintenance on Company buildings and equipment
  • Experience operating various CNC machines with Fanuc controls
  • Experience with blueprint reading and understanding geometric dimensioning/tolerancing
  • Maintaining an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report and DOT Certification that meets the Company’s Insurance Underwriting guidelines, required for some positions
  • Experience with welding, hydraulics, and electrical troubleshooting
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work in a hot and dirty environment
  • Basic computer skills for data entry

Essential requirements for most office positions include but are not limited to:

  • Must possess a team attitude and demonstrate the Company’s core values
  • Solution-oriented problem solving abilities
  • A minimum of five years of recent and related experience in the position you are applying for
  • A two or four year degree in a related concentration for the position in which you are applying for (this requirement may be waived in some cases)
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to details
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products;  Plex ERP System a plus
  • Possess a high level of excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills
  • Ability to collaborate with internal departments to achieve business goals and objectives
