Custom Forging

“Custom Forging. Customer Focused.”

At Weldaloy Specialty Forgings, our company slogan is not just an afterthought or marketing catchphrase. It’s what our company does every single day.

For over 70 years, Weldaloy Specialty Forgings has been a leading provider for custom forgings of various metal products. This extensive experience in forging, along with our problem-solving team of expert metallurgists, engineers, and quality personnel, is a reflection of our commitment to producing custom made forgings.

The requirement for forgings remains prevalent in many industries for multiple products. Structural stress and unexpected impacts require materials to be strong and reliable. A carefully designed forging process enables the metals to meets these demands. Forged materials lack voids and internal gas pockets that could otherwise weaken a component, machine or vehicle. Properly forged metals create safe, reliable parts or structures that no other metalworking process can.

At Weldaloy Specialty Forgings, we listen to and work with our customers to come up with options and alternatives. Oft times, our clients come to us seeking answers to challenges they need to solve. To us, custom forgings means accepting these challenges and partnering with our customers to drive towards a solution that meets their needs.

Forging Capabilities

At Weldaloy Specialty Forgings, we are committed to dedicating the time, energy, and resources needed to continually grow our understanding of the science and methods behind forged products.

Over the last decade, Weldaloy Specialty Forgings has focused on expanding our capabilities to improve our processes. To reduce development time for our clients, Weldaloy has put in place a solid pre-production process that includes forging simulations. Our forging simulation verifies that our forging abilities and customer requirements can be met before the order is placed. This ultimately decreases production time, material waste, and allows for a quicker order turnaround for our clients!

We also know it is vital to have highly trained and skilled metallurgists on our team. Every part we produce is backed by our team of metallurgists that assures our products meet our clients’ specifications. Whether it is fine grain forging demands or unique specs, send us your requirements and our amazing team of experts will be happy to assist you.
