SEAM WELDING
Seam Welding

When you are making welded tubes for a variety of applications‚ the quality of the seam welding wheel is critical. Not all weld wheels are made alike.

With a hardness of Rockwell B 75‚ Weldaloy wheels are TRUE cold- worked wheels‚ and last twice as long as wheels having only a hardness of Rockwell B 65. While the softer weld wheels may initially appear less expensive‚ their more frequent downtime can cost the user many times the difference in the wheel prices.

Weldaloy uses a 15-Point Order Review process which ensures full dimensional and tolerance accuracy as your seam welded wheels are being processed. That is why our quality record has remained steady over the years. In fact, over the past 18 months we have delivered defect-free product 99.8% of the time. Ultimately our consistent quality record contributes to better profitability for all our customers.
