Over the last seven decades, Weldaloy Specialty Forgings has developed a world class manufacturing process for forging and machining specialty metals including copper, titanium, and super alloys. Weldaloy provides specialty metal forging, heat treating, machining, and value-added services through partnership and expert consultation.

Weldaloy Specialty Forgings has been at our current location for over 50 years, and has continuously grown along with the developments in the forging industry. We have built a world-class facility that is clean, modern, organized and flexible.
Our campus consists of seven buildings on both Hoover and Stephens Road in Warren, Michigan, in the heart of our state’s manufacturing district. Our facilities include over 115,000 square-feet of manufacturing and office space. Our plants house a ring mill, 2,000-ton press, and five drop hammers, ranging from 2,000-4,000 pounds.
Since 2015, Weldaloy has doubled our furnace capabilities and we have added a seamless ring roller. These investments have allowed us to provide more custom forging options for our customers.
We continuously evaluate our machinery and facilities, making strategic investments in order to create more efficient processes and production to meet our clients’ needs.
