Chairman & CEO
Richard E. Warren is President‚ Chairman and Owner of Weldaloy Products Company. Rick has been Chairman and majority shareholder for 12 years. Changes made to Weldaloy since his acquisition have made an already excellent company even better.
Rick is involved with numerous civic and charitable organizations. He also holds a BA in Finance from Michigan State University.
Jim Smietana
Vice President & COO
Jim Smietana is Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Weldaloy Products Company. He began with the company as Director of Engineering in 2001 and was promoted to his current position in 2004. As Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Jim’s primary focus is managing the overall business activity as well as evaluating new business strategies. Prior to joining Weldaloy‚ Jim was with Schenck Pegasus and Moog Inc. in engineering management and research and development positions.
Jim holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo and an AAS in Design Drafting from State University of New York at Alfred Technical College. He is also the holder of three patents.
David Raska
Sales Manager
David Raska joined Weldaloy Products Company in early 2002 as the Controller. Dave tightened cost controls judiciously while helping manufacturing improve speed of response. In 2003 Dave was promoted to Sales Manager to help provide a system oriented approach to the sales team.
Previously Dave held finance and tax positions with Midway Products Group‚ Inc.; Deloitte & Touche LLP; Perrin‚ Fordree & Co.; Grant Thornton; and Chrysler Corporation. Dave holds an MBA in Finance and Taxation from Wayne State University‚ and a BA of Accountancy from Walsh College. He is a CPA and a member of both the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
Safana Martin
Customer Service Manager
Safana Martin is Customer Service Manager for Weldaloy Products Company. Safana joined Weldaloy in July of 1988 and has held a variety of operational and sales positions leading to the Customer Service Manager’s position. In this position she is many times the first contact that customers have with Weldaloy. Safana is responsible for generating quotes‚ working with Manufacturing to insure that special customer requests are communicated clearly‚ and monitoring the progress of all orders.
Prior to joining Weldaloy‚ Safana worked in the automotive industry and operated her own business. Safana has been recognized for her work with high school students‚ communicating the realities of the business world to them through Junior Achievement. Safana has a BA in Business Administration from Lawrence Technological University
Dennis Werthman
Engineering Manager
Dennis Werthman is Engineering Manager for Weldaloy Products Company. With over 18 years in the Automotive Industry‚ Dennis brings capability and experience in the foundry‚ heat–treat‚ and machining arenas. Dennis is responsible for managing process engineering and all related technical functions.
Prior to joining Weldaloy in December of 2004‚ Dennis held positions with Ford Motor Co. and Reynolds Metals Company (became ALCOA in May 2000) in various engineering roles on aluminum components. Dennis holds a BSME from Lawrence Technological University as well as an MBA from the University of Michigan – Dearborn.
Joe Bloomingburg
Quality Manager
Joe Bloomingburg is Quality Manager for Weldaloy Products Company. As Quality Manager and ISO 9001 Management Representative, Joe is responsible for managing the quality and business systems to ensure the effectiveness of the quality policy, procedures and documentation in meeting or exceeding customer expectations and ISO standards.
Prior to joining the Weldaloy management team in October of 2008, Joe held various positions with TRW Automotive in Product Reliability, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance and Business/Sales Management. In addition, Joe is currently an active member of Macomb Community College Engineering Tech/Quality Department’s Curriculum Advisory Board. Joe holds a MSA degree from Central Michigan University and a BSBA degree from Lawrence Technical University.
David Agnello
Controller
David Agnello joined Weldaloy Products Company in 2010 as Controller. He is responsible for all financial aspects related to the company including job costing, financial reporting and treasury management. David has over 16 years experience in manufacturing, with 10 years in controllership positions. Prior to joining Weldaloy, he was Controller for multi-unit operations at Saleen Performance.
David holds a BS from Oakland University and a MBA from Walsh College. David is a CPA, and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants.
Enrico Pellegrini
Manufacturing Manager
Enrico Pellegrini is Manufacturing Manager at Weldaloy Products Company. Enrico joined Weldaloy in November 2005. As Manufacturing Manager‚ he is responsible for the efficient utilization of plant resources to meet or exceed all customer demands. He directs all operations on the plant floor including the forging‚ heat treating‚ and machining of non–ferrous alloys.
Prior to joining the Weldaloy team‚ Enrico held a variety of positions over an 11 year period within the automotive manufacturing industry‚ most recently as a Production Supervisor with American Axle & Manufacturing Incorporated. Enrico holds a BBA in Business Management and a MBA from Walsh College.
Michelle McCullough
Information Systems Manager‚ Human Resources Manager
Michelle McCullough joined Weldaloy Products Company in 1997. As Information Systems Manager‚ Michelle has implemented structure and security policies to ensure continued functionality of the company's network, communication and ERP systems. As Human Resources Manager, Michelle oversees all aspects of benefits, training, safety, recruitment, and employment policies and documentation. Prior to joining Weldaloy, Michelle was Network Administrator for Right Management Associates.
Michelle holds a BA from Oakland University. She has benefited from extensive training in Microsoft client and server products. She obtained her HR Generalist Certification from the American Society of Employers and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
